You can send us a full description of your needs by e-mail, or filling the formulary that we have in “Contact Us” explaining all the details of your project.

If you know how you want the illustrations to be we will follow your description, or if you want, we can give you our own ideas.

ENROC request a 30% of the final price as advance payment. The final payment will be done once the project is finished.

We will start working on your project in the next day or two, or sooner if it is a rush project, and as soon as possible we will be sending you the first pencil sketches for your review. This is the start, after that we will keep working until you are 100% satisfied with you illustration/s.

<strong>Once the artwork is created, what will I get?</strong>

When the final artwork is completed, ENROC will provide the artwork in all the different format that you have requested us(if you don’t know in which format you need them we will advise you according to your needs). The most common formats to cover all needs for printing, web or mobile uses are:
<ul>
 	<li>JPEG, TIF, PNG or PSD (Photoshop): These files are RASTER images and can be opened and edited by most of the graphics programs.</li>
 	<li>EPS or AI (Adobe illustrator): These files are VECTOR images. Possible you may not be able to view this in a common graphics editor (you will need programs like illustrator or Corel Draw). However, printers may ask these files for various types of printing or you may need them for website programs, like flash, to do animations or graphics, etc.</li>
 	<li>GIF or SWF (animations): are some of the most common ANIMATION files for websites.</li>
 	<li>PDF (universal format generally for Graphic Designs ready to send to printing).</li>

<strong>How much does it cost to get an image done?</strong>

Pricing depends on different factors: style of illustration, complexity, quantity of images needed, if the image is color or black and white, if it is a RASTER image or a VECTOR, etc.

<strong>How do I pay you?</strong>

You can do the payment with different methods: can be done by Paypal, by a check or by a wire transfer to our bank account. If you prefer other payment method please ask us about it and we will confirm you if we can accept it</div></div>
